Decided to get a Rosé to change up the whites this week after all the sauv Blanc and Chardonnay. Also, I once wrote a song called “Rosemary”, so this bottle sang to me. It’s pricier than the other Rosé’s on the shelf but not outrageous.
It’s lovely and sweet on the nose with strong hints of raspberries, which is unusual for a Rosé. Beautiful peachy blush in colour. It’s not as sweet on the palette, lovely and crisp, slightly dry. I think it’s a lovely light wine for the heat of this summer.
